Let’s face it! Life is moving pretty fast these days. We all have a lot that we want to do, be, and have in life. In order to get there, we need to have daily habits that keep us going where we want to go. Here are some ideas that have worked for other highly productive people.
1.) Wake up 30 minutes earlier to start your day
Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea and some stretching exercises to get yourself going. When you start your day just a little bit earlier, it's amazing how much more efficient you work. You're out "ahead of the game" instead of "catching up".
2.) Make a list and define the objective
If you make your list of most important tasks the evening before, then your new day is just a matter of diving in. Work on your most important objectives first. Checking off each item builds momentum to keep getting more things accomplished.
3.) Set a Timer for 15-minute Spurts
It's amazing how much can be accomplished in 15 minutes when you're focused. When the timer goes off, move on to the next item. This forces you to make your time count.
You can always return later to any unfinished items, and this will help you to realize that some tasks you procrastinated over really didn't take that much time after all.
4.) Take 10-minute Breaks Every Few Hours To Reset
Throughout the day, you will find when you periodically take 10 minutes away from screens and work, you'll go back to work more efficiently. Just taking a moment to breath, look around and be present, can reset you return to your tasks more productively. Compare it to lifting weights: we rest between sets so that our next set is stronger and better. Treat your day the same way!
5.) Add CBD Supplementation to Improve Your Focus and Concentration
If you find yourself distracted during the day, you may need some help. CBD can support your brain as you seek to up your game in life. When we are focused, we automatically become more productive. If you have a big, hairy goal you are working to achieve, then adding a CBD product that is specifically for Focus and Concentration can help.
No matter how big or small, there are always ways to add more productivity into every day. And when you have a string of productive days, that's when real progress and success happen. Consistently finding ways to improve your productivity is what separates high performers from everyone else. Do you have any other suggestions?
